How to Fix Lost Audio with AG-HPX170 P2 MXF footage in After Effects CC
Step 1. Load P2 MXF files.
First things first, connect AG-HPX170 camera to your Mac through USB Cable. Attention: transfer P2 MXF from AG-HPX170 to Hard Drive with the whole folder structure.
You can drag-and-drop AG-HPX170 P2 MXF files to this APP directly, or you can click "Add Video" or "Add from folder" button on the top menu to browse and choose P2 MXF files
Step 2. Choose the preset output format
After Effects CC and Premiere Pro are all belong to Adobe Inc., so MPEG-2 format which is suitable for Premiere Pro is compatible with After Effects CC as well. Just click on the format bar and follow " Adobe Premiere/Sony Vegas" > "MPEG-2 (*.mpg)".
Step 3. Multi-Track Settings.
This is an outstanding feature of iMixMXF. Currently, you can combine all audio channels into one track by select “Mix into one track”. And before clicking Settings button to set video/audio parameters, you need to choose a file from list.
By the way, in the Multi-track Settings window, you can choose which audio track to output, and specify what codec you’d like to encode with.
