Just finished the first draft of the audio for The Doctor's House Calls, and I really need some outside input on how it sounds. There is one section where the voice changes noticeably, as a result of combining two different recording sessions and I want to know if I should try and do a third recording of it all to equalise the voice, or just try and play around with some audio effects to try and combine them together.
Current working draft for the audio is in the dropbox here www.dropbox.com/home/Torchwood%20Equestria/Audio/The%20Doctor's%20House%20Calls

The first part before the noticeable change sounds a bit muffled. Did you change anything in the settings/microphone placing between the recordings? If you did and the non-muffled part was the later recording, you could just re-do the muffled parts... the crisp part in the middle was much more comprehensible to me. Alternatively, you could try bumping up the midrange frequencies and/or lower the bass frequencies in the equalizer for the muffled parts to get them closer to what the other part is like. Other than that, no complaints!

It was done over two totally different days, there would have been much different between both sessions. I might just go back and re-record the first part, but I'll play around with it a little first.
