In the last couple of weeks, we have been talking about doing an episode focusing on Lyra and the Operator talking about Torchwood and Equestria's enemies.
I think that trying to do this as one single episode is going to be a foolish idea, as if it were a story, it would certainly be criticized for violating the show, don't tell rule.
I do like the actual idea, though, as it would certainly help to create some extra immersion for listeners, so maybe we could consider doing them as short 2-3 minute vignette style at the end of each episode, or maybe as their own separate series.
We could even do some on the Torchwood members that Lyra is meeting, with a rundown of their service from the Operator, followed by a recorded conversation featuring the character in question.

That sounds like a really cool idea, it's a great way to learn about the characters without taking time out of episodes or having to explain outside of the production, and it seems like a logical way to meet Torchwood's members based on the show.
If we do use this idea, I can't wait to see what we do! ^_^

Ideas for character conversations don't even need to be specific. My idea for 456's dialogue is a transcript from a police report as he attempts to convince officers that he wasn't really stealing from that hat shop, just borrowing with the intent of maybe repaying the debt at a later date.
